Where Europe Makine equipment washes in the US

Ali's Car Wash is a public car wash in Ocala with a conveyor tunnel that Europe Makine built, installed and operates. It is the company's US reference site.

As a public car wash, it can be seen working during opening hours. The tunnel uses Europe Makine's conveyor system, in which the vehicle moves and the machinery stays put, under a centralized industrial PLC.

In New Jersey, a full-service conveyor tunnel runs under a Europe Makine branded arch. Europe Makine installed it, and it is the company's published installation outside Florida.

Orlando, Tampa, Boca Raton and Port St. Lucie each have Europe Makine wash equipment on site. With Ocala and New Jersey, these six locations make up the US installations reference on europemakine.com.

The published example layout runs in seven stages. Entry has a platform and wheel guide. Pre-soak lays dirt-softening foam and chemicals. High pressure washes the wheels at 100 bar and the body at 20 bar.

A lava foam arch lays triple foam in three colors before the brushes: short and long verticals, two top brushes and a chemical arch. Protection follows with a ceramic arch, a rain repellent arch and a soft water rinse with drying agent.

The finish stage applies tire shine and runs three drying fan groups and a drying towel group, with wheel washing brushes at floor level.

Europe Makine is appointing distributors across the United States, one partner per territory. Each new partner works its first installation together with Europe Makine.

Outside the US, the company supplies Turkey and export markets including Germany, Poland, Italy, Romania, Azerbaijan and the UAE.
