Installation is part of the supply
Installation is free on tunnels, SUNRISE gantries, CIRRUS 5N and EPHESUS. The machine is built in Europe Makine's own facility, shipped door to door, and installed and calibrated on site by the US company.
Before installation the site needs its groundwork ready. For a SUNRISE gantry that means a concrete lane, electrical supply, water and compressed air, with a reinforced concrete substructure under the chassis wash. For a full length tunnel it means the pit, the equipment room and the 480 V supply.
Warranty, technicians and spare parts
Each machine carries a 12-month warranty. After-sales service comes from the Greenacres plant, where Europe Makine keeps its service technicians and spare parts stock.
Every machine runs under PLC control. The tunnel operator screen gives point-by-point fault diagnostics, and EPHESUS and CIRRUS 5N can signal faults on the operator display.

Fitting a truck and bus gantry
Each SUNRISE gantry runs on fixed rails, 400 cm apart. Drivers are guided in by steel router guide pipes, 3 inch in diameter, fixed to the concrete floor.
The driver follows two 24 VDC LED traffic lights, one at the rail start and one on the machine body. Green shows the gantry is ready to wash; red shows it is running or off. Programs are set for each vehicle type, with a manual control option.

Distributor territories
Europe Makine is appointing distributors across the United States, with one partner per territory. Applicants apply, are qualified, agree terms in writing, are trained, and then work their first installation together with Europe Makine.
Distributors sell a manufacturer's range: machines built in Europe Makine's own 1,500 m² facility and exported to seven countries, with specifications that can be changed for a site.
